Izvrsno uz pačetinu, ćuretinu, grilovano i pečeno crveno meso, jagnjetinu. Idealno uz: pečenu ćurku (ili gusku); roštilj; sve vrste džigerica; juneće pečenje; sve vrste bifteka (posebno Biftek Velington) i tatar biftek; sve specijalitete od jaretine i jagnjetine; crvena mesa u sosu od crvenog vina. Izvanredno uz crnu čokoladu (iznad 70% kakaoa).
Dark ruby color, with purple reflection.
Fragrance is deep and lasting, made of fruity, spicy and earthy tones: dominated by blueberry, through scent of dried spices, in which you are provoked by unique scent of dried red peppers and up to distinct tones of a scent of autumn wood: humid leaves and fresh oyster mushrooms.
Wine is very extract, full and rounded. Tannin are soft and warm. The tones of cornelian cherries, (sloe) blackberry, plum on a palace are melting into soft fruity ending.

Excellent with duck, turkey, grilled and roasted red meat, lamb. Ideal with: roasted turkey (or duck), grilled meat, all kinds of liver, roasted beef, all kinds of steaks (especially Wellington beef) and tartar steak; all specialties of young goat (kid) and lamb, red meats in dressing of red wine.
Excellent with black chocolate (more than 70% of cacao).
